After deep consideration, I decided to continue this blog only in Japanese. I’m sorry for guys who cannot read in Japanese.
There are two reasons; first, it is difficult to write a content which is interesting for everyone. If I introduce traditional Japanese food, it would be interesting for people outside Japan but not so interesting people in Japan. Second, it is quite difficult to translate word to word from English to Japanese. If I try to write an interesting article in English, the Japanese version does not look so interesting. Perhaps guys who can two or three languages can understand this kind of problem.
So, my plan is; I will open another website which focuses on Japanese traditional foods and receipt and which is written completely in English 😉
I really want to tell everyone that Japanese is not complicated to make and you can cook easily with materials which are available also outside Japan.
