How to Start a Day


Hey guys!
I cannot miss breakfast even if I wake up a little bit late and have to hurry up. Breakfast helps me a lot to be “active” as soon as I leave home to work. I usually study French or read a business book during the commuting about 40 min. It is 1 hours 20 minutes per day and around 6 hours and a half per week. It is a large amount of time! If I skip the breakfast, I would be very tired and waste this precious time for learning.
For quick and healthy breakfast, I recommend to make a smoothie. My favourite flavor is strawberries, blueberries, banana, and avocado. As you can use various fruits, you will not get bored 🙂 I add some coconut yogurt and oats milk or soy milk as a base. If you think that smoothie is too light and you will get hungry soon, you can add some protein powder or granola. For example, I put some protein powder, coconut chip, dried cranberries, goji berries, and homemade granola 🙂 The crunchy texture increase your satisfaction and you will feel as if you ate a lot.
